Pour ceux qui auraient manqué l'interview que j'ai accordée le mercredi 26 mai 2010 à l'émission bimensuelle  "Le Choix des Mots" animée par Philippe E. ps : en guise de clin d'oeil, voici un extrait d'Intervista de Fellini (1987) ou une équipe de télé japonaise produit un documentaire sur la carrière du cinéaste Federico Fellini. L'équipe, accompagnée de Fellini et de Mastroianni, débarque chez l'actrice Anita Ekberg, vedette du film La Dolce Vita où elle tenait le rôle principal avec Mastroianni.

Collaboration with Roberto Domeniconi

I'm pleased to share with you a video-diaporama I made for the swiss pianist Roberto Domeniconi with photographs I took to his group during a concert at the Sud des Alpes, AMR, Geneva, Switzerland the 24th of April 2010.

Pete LaRoca Sims

The US drummer Pete LaRoca Sims  at the Duc Des Lombards, Paris, France. July 2008

First goodie, an excellent interview in english of this legendary and still active jazz drummer made in 2004 by José Francisco "Pachi" Tapiz for Tomajazz. Don't miss this interview !

Second goodie with a video made with some of my photographs of this concert by Leonardo Diaz of Actual Jazz. The music is "Lazy Afternoon" from the Pete LaRoca's album "Basra" (Blue Note, 1965) 



An extract of his Paris concert in July 2008 where Pete LaRoca Sims appears visually only until the mn 3:13 ;-(

- "Swingtime (Blue Note, 1997) with Lance Bryant, Dave Liebman (ss), Ricky Ford (ts), Jimmy Owens (t), George Cables (p), Santi Debriano (b)
